DC Construction Associates, Inc., founded in 2005 and headquartered in Delray Beach, Florida, is a mid-sized, full-service commercial general contractor offering design-build, value engineering, general construction, construction management, and pre-construction consulting across Florida. In January 2019, we established DC Construction Associates of Central Florida LLC to serve the Jacksonville to Orlando corridor, and starting June 2025, the firm expanded its licensing to the State of Georgia, reflecting its growing regional presence and capacity to handle diverse commercial construction projects.

DC Construction specializes in various and diverse projects ranging from self-storage facilities, retail and restaurant construction, commercial interiors, medical and healthcare facilities, office facilities, and industrial and distribution centers. DC Construction has established a solid reputation and is proud of the 19+ years of success it has accomplished. We will continue to strive to be the very best we can be, exceeding our clients’ needs and outperforming the competition. Brian Mrachek joined DC Construction Associates, Inc. in October 2006 as a Senior Project Manager and became a Vice President January 2015. Effective January 2019, Brian transitioned to the lead contact for DC Construction Associates of Central Florida. He is a State of Florida certified licensed General Contractor Qualifier, State of Georgia licensed General Contractor Qualifier, and also received his Leed® AP accreditation. Brian has served our clients well with over 37 years construction experience.
